Electrical heating wires and ribbons (also called as “rolled wires”)
  Symbols, characteristics, applications and calculating equation of conductor resistances of our wires and ribbons are summarized in the table 1 and table 2.

Note ( 1 ) a (mm) is a thickness of ribbon, b (mm) is a width of ribbon andé d (mm) is a diameter of round wire.
  ( 2 ) Coefficient of cross sectional area of the ribbons is "0.96 for those width is 10 mm under, and 0.98 for 10 mm and over". These factors are already inserted in the equations above.
  ( 3 ) Figures in (    ) is applicable to the ribbon of which width is 10 mm and over.

Stainless steel wire and ribbon

Molybdenum ribbon

Though we have stated about some characteristics of our molybdenum ribbon at the top of this homepage, their main uses or applications are as follows.

Glass sealing material of high brightness lamp (halogen lamp, HID mercury lamp, metal halide lamp, etc.,)
Sleeve for tungsten filament in halogen lamp.
Heatsink material for semiconductor
Heater element and its parts for high temperature furnace
Electron tube materials (transmitter tube, CRT, vacuum tube)
Various electrodes
(Note: a higher brightness, longer life, good reappearance of the colour display, etc. can be assured, compared with the conventional nickel electrode)

Nickel wire and ribbon

0ur nickel wires and ribbons with 99% and over Ni concentration have been widely used as, for example, the temperature meassuring sensor wire, the lead wire for CCFL, the part material for polymer cell or lithium cell. Please refer to us as to the details.
